CleanApp

More of the work your company is built to deliver.

CleanUp is a growth partner for established cleaning businesses — not an individual cleaner recruitment funnel. Bring your company, your service standard and your authorised workforce; we bring demand and a structured route to review.

Why partner with us.

We handle marketing, bookings, and payments. You focus on what you do best — delivering exceptional cleaning.

  • Demand without the pitch deck

CleanUp brings customer demand and booking infrastructure. Your company brings the service standard, capacity and local knowledge.

  • A clear introductory economics

The introductory CleanUp platform commission is 0%. Payment processing, refunds, disputes and other agreed costs can still apply.

  • Commercial clarity

Payment and payout arrangements depend on the agreed model. We will show the applicable terms rather than promise a timing the evidence does not support.

  • A responsible route to approval

We consider company evidence, role-appropriate DBS requirements, insurance information and the operating arrangement. Approval follows review.

  • Bring an authorised workforce

Your company adds the people it is authorised to send. You remain responsible for your team, availability and lawful working arrangements.

  • Earn priority through outcomes

Priority access is earned through compliant availability, fulfilment quality, customer outcomes and reliability — not worker-control language.

How it works.

Get your company on the platform in four simple steps.

  1. Register Your Company

Share company details, coverage and the information we need to assess fit. This starts a review; it is not instant approval.

  2. Tell us your authorised workforce

Add the people your company may authorise for CleanUp work. Their role, right-to-work responsibility and any DBS need are assessed in context.

  3. Agree the operating model

If the evidence and arrangement are accepted, we can discuss activation, coverage and how opportunities are offered to your company.

  4. Deliver, learn, grow

Fulfilment quality, customer outcomes and reliable availability inform future access. Payment terms follow the agreed commercial setup.

Who can partner.

This programme is for genuine cleaning businesses. Individual cleaner applications follow a separate route and are not the same as company partnership.

How service capacity is supplied.

CleanUp can fulfil services through three capacity sources. These are operating labels, not automatic legal or employment-status conclusions.

  • Managed Service Worker

A person assigned to a CleanUp-managed service. The actual contract and responsibilities are reviewed for the arrangement; this label is not, by itself, an employment-status conclusion.

  • Independent Professional

An individual or business reviewed through CleanUp's direct professional route. A self-employed label or checkbox alone does not establish status.

  • Partner Team Member

A person authorised on an Approved Cleaning Partner's roster. The partner remains responsible for its workforce arrangements, while CleanUp applies the service and evidence standard.

A Client Site Team Member is supplied or designated by a corporate client for its own site. That role is site personnel, not one of CleanUp's three capacity sources, unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.

Built on trust.

Our platform standards ensure quality for customers and credibility for your company.

  • Evidence-led review

Company and operating evidence informs approval

  • Role-appropriate DBS

Requirement depends on the real role and setting

  • Insurance information

Share relevant cover for review; requirements depend on the arrangement

  • Authorised workforce

Roster scope and responsibility stay visible

  • Customer outcomes

Quality and reliability shape future access

  • Clear economics

0% platform fee does not mean zero costs

What we will measure together.

We are building this partnership around evidence, not inflated case studies. These are the signals that matter after activation.

  • The partner standard

A healthy partnership is measured in completed work, clear handoffs and customers who would book again — not promised volume.

  • The access standard

Availability is useful when it is real, compliant and dependable. Priority access follows the pattern your company proves.

  • The economics standard

The commercial model should be understood before work begins. 0% CleanUp platform commission does not remove processor or agreed costs.

Ready to grow your business?

Approval is evidence-led, not instant. Share your company details and we will assess the operating fit, workforce responsibilities and commercial terms before activation.
